Tricks Classes

A pole class designed for learning various pole tricks on static and spin. Learning combinations from the bare basics right through to professional tricks. These classes are broken down in to levels from beginner, Intermediate and Advanced levels.

Doubles

Take you pole journey to a new level and pole with a buddy! Learn to spin, pose, perform and do some stunning tricks as a duo. You must be able to climb, layout and leg hang confidently to do this class.

Floorplay

A sexy style dance class using floorwork and moves off the pole. We recommend heels and knee pads for this class.

Acro

This fun class teaches flexibility, balance, strength, muscle control, discipline & concentration. Students will learn such things as handstands, chin stands, elbow stands, cartwheels, back bends, walkovers, balance, & contortion tricks both individually and in groups.

Stretch

A low impact class designed to increase your range of motion, strength, and flexibility. You will learn how to safely stretch your legs, hips, shoulders and back while building you muscles, and balance needed to actively use your flexibility.

Dynamic Pole

Dynamic Pole is a pole dance class using both the static and spinning pole. This class is focused on both strength and flexibility dynamic movements. Take your pole dancing to the next level by learning these dynamic pole cartwheels, pole flips, pole drops and splits.
This is a multi level class however a confident invert is a must.
