We recommend attending at least one upper body workout class a week to keep those shoulders happy as well as stretch/pilates class every now and then to ensure your're moving the way you should be.

CircuitA circuit workout is a fast-paced routine where you perform a series of different exercises (like bodyweight moves, weights or cardio) with minimal rest in between, effectively building strenght, endurance, and burining calories by keeping your heart rate up.
It's versatile, adaptable for all fitness levels, and great for improving both muscle fitness and cardiovascular health in a time-efficient way, often using stations or alternating muscle groups.
Small group classes ran by a qualified personal trainer.
