Kids Polenastics

Come have fun climbing the pole, spinning and learning a bunch of different tricks.

Little Ones Lyra/Hammock 5-6yr

come try lyra and hammock, learn some moves on both, especially designed class for 5 - 6 year olds.

Once students have completed a term on hammock when they turn 7 they will be able to try a silks class.

Inter 1/2 Tricks

So you've discovered how fun pole is! It's time to progress the tricks you learnt in Beginner and get upside down more. We recommend attending at least one upper body workout class a week to keep those shoulders happy as well as stretch/pilates class every now and then to ensure your're moving the way you should be.

Lyra / Aerial hoop is an elegant ring made of steel or aluminium suspended from an overhead point upon which you can learn to spin, swing, transition and pose demonstrating skills of great flexibility, strength and grace

Static Pole

Not so keen on the spin when on a pole, try the static pole instead, here you will learn static rotations, drops, flips, rag dolls and handstand walkovers.

Inter 2/3 Tricks

Look at you go! Your hanging and diving comfortably so it's time to step it up and squeeze those muscles to create aesthetic lines and shapes. With a focus on building technique and strength, this class will prepare you for the next level: Intermediate 3/Advance

Circuit

A circuit workout is a fast-paced routine where you perform a series of different exercises (like bodyweight moves, weights or cardio) with minimal rest in between, effectively building strenght, endurance, and burining calories by keeping your heart rate up.
It's versatile, adaptable for all fitness levels, and great for improving both muscle fitness and cardiovascular health in a time-efficient way, often using stations or alternating muscle groups. 
 Small group classes ran by a qualified personal trainer.

A low impact class designed to increase your range of motion, strength, and flexibility. You will learn how to safely stretch your legs, hips, shoulders and back while building you muscles, and balance needed to actively use your flexibility.

Learn to climb, wrap, suspend, drop, swing and spiral through the air in the Aerial Silk. A single piece of silk is suspended from an overhead point allowing you to perform aerial acrobatics using strength and flexibility.
