Lyra / Aerial Hoop
Lyra / Aerial hoop is an elegant ring made of steel or aluminium suspended from an overhead point upon which you can learn to spin, swing, transition, and pose demonstrating skills of great flexibility, strength, and grace.
Silks
Learn to climb, wrap, suspend, drop, swing and spiral through the air in the Aerial Silk. A single piece of silk is suspended from an overhead point allowing you to perform aerial acrobatics using strength and flexibility.
Stretch
Hammock
Aerial Hammock is aerial silks with a twist. The aerial silks are strung from the ends of the fabric creating a hammock out of it's centre, opening up a whole new range of moves and shapes to learn. Hammock is a great entry class into the aerial arts.
Aerial Pole
Aerial pole is a great way to link the pole and aerial enthusiast together. This exhilarating form of aerial art combines climbs, tricks and dance on a free hanging aerial pole suspended from the ceiling.
Open Practice - Members
Come in to use the space to practice all the moves you have learnt in class.

Dance TERM
